How to create your own DSP profiles
While many users use the DSP profiles that are pre-installed or provided with HiFiBerryOS, we know that there are users that want to implement additional features. Things like automatic loudness control, advanced routing or even FIR filtering can be implemented on our DSP products. That’s one of the major advantages compared to other DSP profiles that come with a single pre-configured DSP program.
To make it easier for you to create your own DSP profile, we have created a new guide that shows how to create a DSP profile based on an existing SigmaStudio project. This is available on Github. It also shows how to use the DSP parameter reader tool that comes with HiFiBerryOS to simplify the creation of metadata for your DSP profiles.
