Multiroom audio system, based on Raspberry Pi/HiFiBerry AMP+ combination.
We have seen a lot of home automation projects so far, but this is definitely one of the most impressive ones. Cédric Locqueneux built a multiroom audio system, including seven Raspberry Pi/HiFiBerry AMP+ combinations, that allows to listen to your favorite music, wherever you want inside your home.
The whole tutorial can be found on the french home automation blog maison-et-domotique.
The tutorial is in french but the google translation actually works pretty well, if you prefer another language.
Cédric also designed a reck enclosure to cover up the hardware. It can be found on thingiverse.
If you are working currently on a HiFiBerry project, don’t hesitate to share it with the our community to get ideas and support.
We are also curious about you finished projects and always happy to publish them.
